Challenge A global operating asset manager replaces its current system landscape in order management systems by a single full-servicing and external hosted IT solution.. The internal operating model has to be aligned to the new infrastructure, the whole integration with third parties has to be re-designed. As part of the project, an external managed data care service is setup. The main goal of the project is to reduce complexity in processes and IT-operations as well as speeding up launching new products and services to the clients. Procedure The project is setup in a TELL approach, all business processes have to be aligned to the existing standard functionality.The project covers the areas of portfolio management, middle office, performance and risk management, compliance as well as legal and clientreporting. Result The project is setup with a tight timeline and issplit up in 3 tranches, that are defined by instrument scope.
